Shontoria Quarles-Casey is a dynamic and results-driven servant leader with over eight years of leadership experience across diverse industries, including curated events, media, and nonprofit sectors. As the 2025 President of the Project Management Institute (PMI) South Alabama Chapter, she is dedicated to promoting professional development, fostering cross-chapter collaboration, and driving impactful community engagement.

Shontoria’s expertise spans project management, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement. She has successfully led cross-functional teams, implemented complex initiatives, and delivered operational excellence through the application of Agile methodologies and servant leadership.

Her career includes pivotal roles such as Project Management Coordinator at COSA NCADD, where she spearheaded project implementation, team development, and regulatory compliance. At Insight Global, she played a pivotal role in designing secure content management systems and overseeing high-profile business migrations for major corporations, including Walmart and Sam’s Club. During her tenure at Zillow, she led client relations programs, streamlined real estate transactions, and optimized project portfolios. She also contributed to large-scale marketing campaigns and international events as an Advertising Project Manager at BET/Viacom.

Shontoria holds a strong academic foundation with studies in Business Administration, Public Relations, and Mass Communications from Alabama State University and the University of Montevallo. She is on track to earn her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in May 2025.

Her dedication to service extends beyond the corporate sector. As the founder of the Sweetie B Arms Foundation, she champions faith-based storytelling and youth empowerment initiatives, particularly through historical narratives tied to the Civil Rights Movement. She has been recognized for her leadership and innovation, receiving the 2023 Entrepreneur of the Year for Not-for-Profit Organizations from the African American Entrepreneurs Association and an Innovative Outlook Award from Coca-Cola for her contributions to the 2017 Sprite Cranberry Claymation commercial.
