Dr. Jane Goodson, Troy University Montgomery, Professional Development Trainer and Consultant, has over 30 years of consulting and training experience in both public and private sector organizations. Dr. Goodson specializes in the area of management consulting and has extensive experience in organizational change efforts.
Gary Smith, CEO of Nectar Bridge, helps business owners make plans and set priorities around sales, marketing, and operations. He's been the webmaster for PMI South Alabama and spoken at PMI's national conference.
Michael Jackson, Troy University Montgomery, is a professional trainer within both the public and private sector. As Continuing Education and Outreach’s Professional Trainer and Organizational Consultant, he presents a number of topics to include active shooter, workplace violence, volatile situations, communication, productivity and performance, leadership, customer service, time and stress management, team building, generations, impression management, culture inclusion, goal setting, supervision, and ethics. Michael is a retired Gunnery Sergeant USMC of 23 years and a combat veteran of Desert Storm. In 1993, he was awarded the Governors Outstanding Enlisted Representative for the State of Alabama. Scott Martin, CIO of the Alabama Department of Mental Health, has worked in various industries including logistics, healthcare, software development, and manufacturing for the past 25 years. Mr. Martin speaks from a wide range of project experience, having managed numerous projects for both start-ups as well as Fortune 100 companies.
Charlie McDonald, Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail, has worked as a sales and marketing director for over 14 years. Charlie believes that creating positive work and social environments help bring groups of people closer together for a common goal and he demonstrates this consistently as he regularly works with local and national organizations facilitating more than 140 golf tournaments events throughout the year.
