 In studying hundreds of projects across 
 various industries and organizations\, researchers discovered that a predi
 ctor of success was whether team members could effectively have accountabi
 lity conversations that would achieve desired results. Utilizing principle
 s from Patterson\, Grenny\, Maxfield\, McMillan\, and Switzler’s Crucial
  Accountability\, and other best practices of leadership\, this session wi
 ll explore how to prepare for an accountability conversation\, identify pr
 actices for navigating an accountability conversation\, and follow up in w
 ay that will lead to desired performance and results.
 Bio:&nbsp\;
 Neal
  Kelley serves as a Senior Training Consultant for SummaSource at Auburn U
 niversity at Montgomery. He is also the Director of the nationally accredi
 ted Certified Public Manager Program facilitated by AUM. He holds a Bachel
 or’s degree in Mathematics from Troy University\, an M.B.A from Auburn U
 niversity and a Master of Divinity degree from Regent University.
 Prior 
 to joining the staff at Auburn University at Montgomery\, he served as the
  Director of Training and Operations for Leadership Training International
 \, a training organization based in Chesapeake\, VA. As a master trainer w
 ith LTI\, he conducted leadership seminars and train-the-trainer workshops
  in the U.S.A. and around the world. He has also served successfully as a 
 Senior Manager for a large manufacturing company.
 Neal’s professional 
 interests include training and development\, organizational leadership\, a
 nd performance coaching. He is also actively involved in the community\, s
 erving as a board member for two non-profit organizations.
