 David Hardgrave&nbsp\;is
  a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and ScrumMaster (CSM) w
 ith 20+ years of experience managing projects in IT with cross-functional 
 teams in the Government\, Private and Non-profit sectors.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;
 
 Currently David manages IT Projects for the State of Alabama Medicaid Agen
 cy\, having previously managed Major projects for the State of Alabama’s
  Office of Information Technology\, leading the initiative to migrate the 
 State Capitol to Cisco’s next-generation software defined network\, VOIP
  System and WebEx Virtual meeting technology. Previous to his work with th
 e State of Alabama\, David lead IT projects on contracts for the DOD and V
 A as a program coordinator.

 ical the project\, the complexity of the human element can always find a w
 ay to surprise and confound even the most seasoned leaders and Project Man
 agers.&nbsp\; In this session we'll talk through some common pitfalls to a
 void and and a discuss a few key tips for discovering and cultivating the 
 hidden potential of your project team and team members. A total of&nbsp\;1
