 etween. Project Management plays an essential role in guiding these projec
 ts to success\, making sure stakeholder investments continue to drive indu
 stry and service forward. But theses aren't the only places where projects
  and project management are making an impact.&nbsp\;
 
 While most proje
 ct management professionals spend their days leading teams while balancing
 &nbsp\;Scopes\, Schedules\, and budgets\, in the world of non-profit\, man
 y others manage vast projects leading only volunteers\, balancing Scope an
 d schedule but with little or even no budget at all. In this world of proj
 ects\, Vision is everything and the currency is passion and leadership. Th
 is month's meeting will feature one such of our Montgomery area non-profit
  leaders and an opportunity to discuss some lessons learned on successfull
 y motivating team members and stakeholders by tapping into shared vision a
 nd values.
