 is a focus on diversity in the workplace and how Project Managers as leade
 rs can capitalize the differences among them and make for a stronger team 
 with improved collaboration.

 BIO:
 Mrs. Stephanie Stepney has over 15 years of project manageme
 nt experience in the healthcare\, technology\, and financial/banking secto
 rs and nearly a decade of experience providing training and workforce deve
 lopment support to government healthcare entities.&nbsp\; Mrs. Stepney has
  a knack for resolving team conflict and getting teams thru the storming p
 hase. &nbsp\;She is a natural leader who has the gift of identifying each 
 staff member’s primary talents and bringing out the best in each one. &n
 bsp\;Stephanie earned her Bachelor’s degree from University of Washingto
 n and graduated with a major in Psychology and minor in Human Rights.&nbsp
 \; She earned her Masters of Organizational Leadership from Chapman Univer
 sity and holds a Certified Public Manager credential.&nbsp\; Stephanie att
 ended Walden University studying Organizational Psychology but due to life
  events stopped at PhD\, ABD.&nbsp\; She is currently pursuing PMP and PMI
 -ACP certification.
 Mrs. Stepney serves as a councilwoman for the Town o
 f Eclectic and is also affiliated with numerous community organizations.&n
 bsp\; She comes from the city but is a country girl at heart.&nbsp\; Steph
 anie moved to Alabama when she got married 6 years ago and they have a ble
 nded family including 3 children. Mrs. Stepney is currently raising chicke
 ns and has 5 pygmy goats.&nbsp\; She is hoping to convince her husband to 
 get a llama next.&nbsp\; &nbsp\;
