The PMI South Alabama Professional Development Day (PDD) Part 1 is a half-day learning and networking event designed to equip project professionals with the essential soft skills necessary for career advancement and leadership excellence. This year’s theme, " Self-Scaling: Leverage Your Soft Skills," emphasizes the importance of personal and professional growth beyond technical expertise.

Through a series of interactive workshops led by experienced professionals, attendees will gain insights into personal branding, leadership resilience, executive presence, storytelling, agile leadership, and team trust-building. These skills are essential for driving project success in today’s dynamic and hybrid work environments.

The event will feature three workshop sessions, a Lunch & Learn session, networking opportunities, and discussions on how project managers can leverage their soft skills to enhance stakeholder engagement, lead teams effectively, and position themselves as industry leaders.
